My mother was here for 5 1/2 years before passing and she was never happier! She was more active here than almost anywhere in her entire life. She was almost 97 when she passed. She made so many wonderful friends. ALL the staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Every single staff member as well as the owners are all so helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Not only to the residents but to their families as well. I placed my nephew there in December. He acclimated right away. The staff is always pleasant. A lot of daily activities . All of the residents are happy. Out of all the facilities I visited, I was immediately comfortable and felt at home so I knew it would be a good fit for my nephew. The food is delicious. I've stayed for a few meals myself. My nephew is finally eating 3 meals a day. I just cannot say enough positive things about this facility.

My nephew has moved into Northpoint Village of Utica. He is getting care with bathing and medications. They have an a la carte menu, so you pick what you need, and as things increase, you can add or take away. I would say it's senior living with assistance because it's not totally assisted. I go there frequently. Now he's only 3.8 miles from my house. He used to be like 37, and I'm his legal guardian and his aunt. I went there on Christmas Eve, and he wasn't doing well. I have never had such a positive experience and would use them in a heartbeat again. When it comes to the activities there are to many to list but we would absolutely recommend Northpoint Village community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones!!!

My loved one wasn't there very long, but it was very nice. The people were friendly, and helpful. House keeping and dining staff all introduced themselves. They were helpful in setting up pt/ot/ and speech therapy. Help with reminding her about the activities she was interested in attending
