Avoid. This place deserves negative stars, but not possible. Extremely rude staff and management. Understaffed and the help that is there congregate around the desk on their phones while patients are ignored. Do some research and chose elsewhere. Not hard to find someplace much better.

The apartment is well appointed and maintained well. The residents are kind and friendly. There's as little or as lot of activities as you wish. They accommodated my two requests (storage and parking spot) quickly and easily. I honestly have no complaints.

My dad moved to Oak Park Place for rehab. We were here with my mother and are here now because of the care that we believe we received for her, so we are very satisfied with the care. The cleanliness is excellent. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy. They have several gathering areas. They have nice outside services and inside services.
