CriticalMy mother was at Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Per department, they did their jobs very well, but the coordination between departments was absolutely horrendous. Nursing would let PT know what was happening; PT never communicated back. The facility itself, they did their best. They gave my mother her care. The care, the nursing, and the people that did the PT were phenomenal. Their rehab was phenomenal. The social worker's communication was terrible, though. The social worker director failed …

PositiveMy mother stayed here for six months. She had a lot of complicated medications, like IVs, and had to go to many appointments. She got good care here, they kept all her care straight and were very nice and professional, did a very good job. She got therapy every day to learn how to do more for herself, and even got her hair done at the in house salon. She liked bingo and movies, and her roommate was friendly. The food was good. It was clean. We would come here again.
