PositiveOakleaf Village of Toledo
Oakleaf has been a way better fit. More attentive and accommodating. Meal times are less stressful. They are better about resolving conflicts.

PositiveMy loved one has moved into Oakleaf Village of Toledo-Sylvania and The Grove at Oakleaf Village just this week. It's clean. The community atmosphere is good. They had multiple choices for us and they took their time with us, but we visited there three times before making our decision. So far, they've met all our expectations. They've been kind, accommodating, and helpful while we make this transition for our family member. They have activities for the residents. For our situation, they're a litt…

PositiveOur parents moved to Oakleaf Village in May of 2015. Mom enjoyed living there almost 4 years, and Dad over 5 years. He passed away in July 2020 of natural causes. We cannot say enough about this incredible Community. Our folks selected Oakleaf having visited friends there and noticing the vibrant Community. It's a unique, caring place filled with amazing staff. They took such great care of our folks. Even during the difficult days of the COVIC-19 pandemic when our Dad was declining (he did not have COVID), the…

PositiveWe're leaning towards The Grove at Oakleaf Village for my mother. We liked the appearance, they have 4 separate levels depending on the level of dementia, that they call neighborhoods, which are 10 or 12 units, or little apartments in each neighborhood. We liked that. We were able to see the one level, where the residents could still communicate over lunch, and a woman commented that the food was very good. The other thing we liked was the admissions person said that they pay their staff well and with good ben…

PositiveThe staff at Oakleaf Village of Toledo so far has been wonderful. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that this place is ridiculously expensive. My father is at their assisted living. They have a happy hour and he enjoyed that. They also have an exercise program every day, a walking club, speakers and musicians come in. So they have quite a bit going on, it's just a matter of my father liking them. The staff has been great. In terms of value for the money, compared to other places this one is great. Bec…

PositiveMy husband and I took a tour at Oakleaf Village in Sylvania, Ohio. [Name removed] gave us a great tour of the facility, refreshments, and knowledge. She answered our questions and were pleased by her personality! We spent 1 1/2hours with her who made us feel welcome. Even though we are not ready to live in assisted living, it gave us an idea how Oakleaf Village Facility is functioning. Doing a great job and Thanks! [Name removed]
