Oakmont Carmichael has been good for my loved one. The facility is clean, light and airy with great gardens on the grounds. Food exceeds expectations with really nice choices and you can even order off a separate menu if you don’t like the main options. Caregiving and administrative staff are consistently friendly, responsive, and understanding. Oakmont has many activities available for assisted living and memory care. PositiveFriendly and attentive staff
I would give a 5 rating for all 8 categories. We have been very satisfied with Oakmont of Carmichael. It's clean and the Care Providers (the people that tend to our mom) are very nice. The response time when my mom clicks her button to when the Care providers show up is usually pretty good (10 minutes or 15 minutes response time). And Oakmont isn't too large of a facility, so it's easy to get to my mom's room and not get lost. It's very expensive though.
