PositiveStaff are incredibly kind, attentive, and really know the residents. The facility is bright and clean. I would say that the front office staff is transitioning right now and not always as quick to respond as one would like but that may get better over time. There's also not a lot of regular communication about monthly events (like a newsletter) or an easy way to connect with a resident by phone unless they have their own on hand but these are things that could be easily addressed. CriticalPoor quality service. Staff are not properly trained to care for dementia patients. Staff turnover is a problem. Current executive director is disengaged and shows little compassion and understanding. Not the best option!

The food was honestly trash but I know they have to please the palates of like 40 elderly people and that can not p…
