PositiveThis is a wonderful place! For an income based property it is very well kept, and very clean. The apartments were updated and spacious, and the even allow animals. The building itself is well built, and is not a high-rise like many of these properties tend to me, and the grounds were well maintained. I'd give them top marks across the board!

CriticalNice Place. Apt is nice, plenty of outside areas. $550/mo + electric, gas, phone, cable. No elevators - 15 steps. Take Section 8 vouchers, if I can figure out that process. My dad needs to be approved, because he needs to make 2x the rent.
