PositiveI will move into Ohio Living Mount Pleasant. I chose them because they're very friendly. They have social workers as the directors at the front, which I is very good. They also have continuous care. It's a complete thing. They had activities that I really liked. They have a duplicate bridge, and they have a choir. Those are two things that interest me. It's a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the units, and two meals a day, and one meal on Saturday and Sunday, which is f…

CriticalThey do not clear snow off driveways in independent living in a timely manner leaving those with mailboxes at the street prone to falls. Their billing is suspicious as well. Prebills by month with no early alert of changes in rates. Rehab and long term care is horribly depressing and in desperate need of remodel. Would not recommend.

CriticalMy brother room was not all that good. The ceiling tiles were off. It wasn’t a pleasant place. The food did not look good. They are always trying to get you to donate money to them. It hard to get the money that belongs to the estate

PositiveI came to the area to visit. While visiting I took a tour of the facility. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They introduced some of the residents by first names that were in the community areas and they all spoke highly of the facility. I was impressed by the first name basis on both sides. There were activities going on and the residents and staff were engaging and seemed to be enjoying the activities. The facilities were very clean and had an inviting feel. I was expecting a cold and sterile environmen…

PositiveMom has now passed, but dad is still a resident at Mount Pleasant. They have both been welcomed and enjoy the experience of a community of fellow members. Their care has been exceptional and we are completely satisfied.

PositiveHave been here for four years and can't say enough. From the moment I entered the campus it felt like home. The grounds are well kept and the houses are individually designed. No cookie cutter here. The atmosphere is so friendly with both residents and staff. We have an activity director who keeps us entertained as well as exersize at our Gym with a professional coach. Life at Mt. Pleasant is wonderful.
