CriticalFirst day here and I’ve waiting 6 hours for pain meds that never showed up.(somebody stealing???) rang call bell 2 hours ago and still no one showed up,. Dinner was served cold and on paper plates and in paper cups. Staff seem content to ignore the call light and the patiences. Not off to a good start. The reason for serving dinner on paper plates is the dishwasher is broken down.
