Ontario Estates Senior Living

I did not take a tour but discussed options with [Name Removed] and she was very helpful. A Place For Mom gave me wrong information about their Medicaid waiver program and costs.

A nice community

What we like the most about Ontario Estates Senior Living is that the facility is very nice and accommodating to the residents. I wish they had more employees at times. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Ontario Estates is A great place for your loved ones.

Ontario Estates is one of best facilities I've seen in a very long time. The staff is very friendly and caring for the residents. They offer so much compassion, and you can count on them to care for your loved one. The food is great! The activities department is so creative. Arts and crafts, holiday parties and so much more! They offer dinning out, shopping and taking them out for a fresh drive in the country. Nursing is Great! Such a great place.

Very happy we chose Ontario Estates!

I can not say enough good things about Ontario Estates. My grandma loves living there. The aides are always friendly, and helpful. They always have an activity to do or she's playing cards with her friends or visiting with her resident friends in the living room area. She's never complained about the food, and looks forward to meals. Staff and management are always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. Rates are better than any in Mansfield. Happy we chose Ontario Estates for our grandmother.

Poor care

If you want quality care go somewhere else. My loved one was left alone many times in the dining area, almost an hour after meals were over. Most of the aides are hard working but the management is very deceitful and dishonest. They are more concerned about trying to deduct the rent a month after someone has died then showing compassion. The only time the food is good is when they are having the community in. My loved one was fed food not suitable for a dog. The activities are a hit or miss. Mostly don't happen. Do…

Smooth Transition

The staff are very professional and caring toward my father. He likes the freedom to participate in all the activities that they have or remain in his room and watch television. He tells me the food is good and he does not miss a meal! The facility is very nice and recently updated. It is worth the price.
