We are beyond grateful for the care our mother received at Orchard View Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff truly loved her and went above and beyond - even before she transitioned to memory care. An agreement was made with the the administrator/owner to not charge my family until she moved in (we could move furniture in prior to her arrival). Upon her passing, we were initially informed we’d be receiving a month of pre-paid fees back, but later were told there was a balance due.
