We moved into Otterbein Jackson Seniorlife, and we like it very much. We're in independent living, and it's just a lovely place. Everyone is very friendly, and the food is great. There's not a thing we can find wrong with it. The food and all the utilities were provided, and there wasn't any extra expense. You can get three meals a day, but we usually just do dinner. The rooms are nice. Kinda close but still nice. They keep the rooms very clean. The staff is nothing short of amazing. When my mom was there the staff really made me (the visitor) feel like family. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My friend is in here. I like everything that is available, as well as all of the friendships that she's made already. It's laid out very nicely and it's kept up very well. I had a meal there last evening. They have a nice variety. From what my friend has told me, especially their dinners, they're different all the time, and she really enjoys their food. It was a very clean, attractive development. There were lots of choices in housing. They had a lot of amenities as to exercise and dining venues. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have efficiency, one- and two-bedrooms, and some standalone units, almost like houses. I went into a one-bedroom apartment style, and then a two-bedroom house. We are currently waiting for an opening for my mother-in-law. We chose this place because of its convenience and variety. The staff members were very good. There were three different restaurants. They had a lot of activities. They had an in-house lab, a library, and a grocery store.
