Excellent care for the over 5 years

My mother has been here since December of 2018. It didn't take long for her to call this home. She loves having her own room where she can have her own furniture and decorations. The rooms are large, and each one has their own 1/2 bathroom. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful and has taken excellent care of her over the last 5 years. If you are looking for assisted living for a loved one I would highly encourage you to consider Our House in Reedsburg.

My mom was at Our House Senior Living - Reedsburg Assisted Care for around 7 months. When you walk in, there's a beautiful room and a very nice sunroom. It was a beautiful facility, but the rooms were tiny. Our experience there was horrible. She was not cared for as she should have been. They didn't clean her room regularly. The food was awful. They prepared all their meals there and we assumed they meant home-cooked meals, but everything was heated up in the microwave or oven. They served fish sticks or …

My mother is at Our House Senior Living, she’s happy where she’s at, it’s a mile from my home, and there was a room available. It’s going great, she has three meals a day, they distribute her medicine for her, and it’s very comfortable. The staff is very good, her room is very small, and the shower is outside her room. It’s more expensive.
