PositiveI would tell anyone to try your best to get your loved in there. My loved one was well taken care of by the staff. The staff was the same for the time my loved one was there. This helped my loved one feel comfortable.
★★★★★
PositiveThe community has been in the area for a very long time. The aesthetics don't have the newer decorations like new communities, and it is a little bit on the older side for decor. I believe they should have bigger TVs for the resident common areas. The staff turnover is very low, in fact they have staff that have been there for over 10 years. It is inclusive with religion, they have number of religious services. The staff is accommodating, helpful. I din't have to worry about my husband's living during the COVID …

PositiveI love Our Lady of Perpetual Help. It's a great place with lots of activities. If you require assisted living, it's the place to be. They have great rehab and physical therapy, different machines and they take them out on outings. You can share a suite or have your own room, and they're done well. They have a nice heat source and most of them have access to windows so you can look outside and get fresh air if you want. The food is fantastic and great. The staff is phenomenal.

PositiveI was able to get a tour of this community and I did like it. I just knew that it wouldn't work out for us though. The community is to big and really not what I was looking for. The staff also said that when my loved one got worse that they could not help even though they are a community for this. However, the staff was great and super helpful.

PositiveThe staff is friendly at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The amenities are perfect, too. My mother-in-law has her own room that is roomy and clean. I have been there for lunch, and the food was fantastic. The activities offering is good. They take them for rides and sometimes to the movies. They have a walking club and a church. My mother-in-law goes to Sunday service there.

PositiveIt's a nice Catholic place, and I had very good reviews from quite a few people. I went to visit the place, and it is very clean. The nurses and caretakers are wonderful people. The rooms are very nice as well. She said that the food was great. The dining room was very nice. They have every activity you can think of. They have music, and they have an ice cream social. They can go out for a ride and shopping. I met their activities director, and they are very nice. They keep her busy on whatever she wants to do…
