My sister is in here. It's a fantastic place. Meals and transportation are free. They got a lot of good people there. You come and go as you please. There's no lockdown. I have no complaints. If you have any issues, they come up and fix it. She has a studio apartment, and there's one other door in there, and that's the bathroom door, and there's a window. It's 20 feet deep, 16 feet wide. It was very nice. The lady that helped us was very, very informative. A lot of the residents there seemed very friendly. It's also right next to a bus stop even though I have my own car. But I wouldn't mind taking the bus down the hill to the grocery store and then come back up. It's in the heart of Chula Vista, and that's what I liked about it. The room was very, very nice. I will be an official resident. They accepted my cats. The rent is reasonable. The services are nice. They provide the meals for you. All things are contained. They don't nickel and dime you a little for this and a little for that. It's all a nice efficient rate, so I know what I'm paying.

My friend has moved in. It's pretty nice. It's just as good as all the other places. I think it's got a four-star rating like all the other places I looked up. His room is smaller than I thought it would be. It has a small closet, a bathroom, extra sink bar place, and it has a space underneath where you can put a mini-refrigerator. Mom is happy

We chose Pacific Pointe because of the value for the money and they do have a lot to offer for the residents. They do full size meals for lunch and then something smaller for dinner, I think they should increase the dinner portion sizes. It is a great place and my mom wishes she would have moved here sooner, she absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This was a nice community. I was able to pick my loved one's room out. They allowed in person tours.
