PositiveThe experience we've had with the facility itself has been amazing! My mom has settled in, and aside from her complaining about the food (which she would do anywhere, no matter what) the facility has been top notch!! The issue I've been having is communication with management and administration when it comes to billing. I've had repeated issues with getting autopay setup and maintaining a consistent payment schedule. When I made attempts to contact management through either email or phone, it would take an extensiv…

CriticalThe people that work there are very nice and helpful. They seem to have a lot of activities and just found a new shuttle driver, which is great. The food seems pretty mediocre although my dad loves the french fries. I do understand that the food needs to be bland for this set of people but they could at least work on the presentation. The servers are almost all very nice and patient with the residents. Ive been impressed with how polite and respectful they are. I can tell they're trying but forget to come back with…

PositiveMy wife and I toured Fesno Senior Living recently, and [name removed] did a remarkable job showing us around. We are currently looking for a new facility for my wife's mother. We were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the facility. The staff were cheerful and friendly. The residents appeared happy and content and the grounds were lovely. The assisted living room was roomy and well laid out. We were very impressed.

PositiveNo where near enough handicap parking for the facility designed for seniors I struggle to find a place to get my mom and her wheelchair loaded everytime I pick her up She was so incredibly hesitant to move in but now absolutely loves being there and should have done it much sooner
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is a nice place to live. I wish the kitchen was a little larger, but they provide 3 meals a day in a very nice and comfortable environment. They have a gym, and hair facilities. Parking if a person still has a vehicle. The office staff is very accommodating.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything was a 5, except for [name removed], the experience and service he provided was a 10. We like the location, staff, facilities and price
