Though Moms time in PBMC was brief, the staff, attention, meals, cleanliness, activities that we viewed, were great and I would recommend this Care Center. During an overwhelming sad time we are looking for help. Sure, friendly faces and attitudes but staffing, sensors and on site nursing are as important. Fees too. Ala carte fee structure can be knee buckling. I recommend facilities that are all inclusive.

So I'm fairly new, but there doesn't seem to be a clear-cut. Concise way to communicate with all key players. For example, if I was to take my dad out, I'm not exactly sure who I would communicate that to in advance if he has a doctor's appointment. I am still navigating their process.
