PositiveOur experience touring Palm Village Retirement Community was very good and very nice. I thought it was very well kept and very well organized for memory care. I thought it was great. The rooms were very nice. High-quality upgrades. Good furniture. Everything was nice. The room was more of a studio set-up like a hotel room. They have both skilled nursing and memory care areas, and they also have memory care in the skilled nursing, which is a combination that's hard to find. I saw their rooms, the eating area, a…

PositiveWe went to Palm Village Retirement Community, but because of COVID, and because it's a nursing facility, the restrictions are a little different. And so we could only go into an empty part of the facility just to see the rooms, and the rooms are glorious and huge. It was a double bedroom, but there's plenty of room and built-in cupboards, and the bathroom is spacious. But it's a skilled nursing facility, so the shower room is separate. But it's lovely. The staff that we met were very pleasant an…

PositiveI visited Palm Village in Reedly. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They're great for a permanent situation but that's not what I need. I just need somebody to stay with my mom when I needed to be gone.

PositiveWhen I visited the facility the first thing I notice is the staff. They are really friendly. The facility is really clean and organized. The people that live there seem so happy. The inside is so nice and comfy. At Palm Village they have so many amenities to offer their residents. For example they have a fitness center for the residents use so they may stay fit. They have the option of using the wii also . They have a 50 style diner for the residents to eat at. They have laundry and food centers and a gaming area t…

PositiveA 17 acre gated retirement community located in a small community that offers independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing and rehab services. The grounds are attractive with plenty of room to take walks in a secure setting. They offer a spacious multipurpose room that was playing a church service on a large screen. Next to this room is the cutest snack room with a 50's drive-in décor and bright colors. I didn't see many residents in the assisted living facility moving about; I was told it was…
