I recognize when an employee is more than willing to go above and beyond what their job description calls for . Tonya assistant DON I hope I’m getting her position correct . .Someone that I love very much is a resident there at Palomino and when I expressed my concerns Tonya got right on it and assured me that she understood . My mother was at Palomino Place for 21 days. It was excellent in all categories. As far as the money, insurance took care of it. It was very accessible and easy to navigate. It was a little newer, so it was a little nicer. They had done excellent work with Mom. I highly would recommend them. The interaction with the staff was excellent, too.

My husband was a former resident of Palomino Place. They take care of the people there. It's a nice place and the rooms look very good, but he only stayed two weeks there. The staff is good. They give you good service. The food was good. I was there when they brought food. The facility looks pretty good, very nice. This is a big place. The size of the room is like a regular bedroom. It just has a bed, TV, and his own bathroom.

Palomino Place offers awesome fine dining thanks to Nutrition Director as well as her team! The building is well maintained thanks to the Environmental team. Transportation services are provided with care, an awesome transportation aide who goes above and beyond on every outing in the community to bring smiles and joy to the residents!
