I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister was under the care of Paradise Valley Esates for rehab. She stayed at the facility for 21 days in March (2025) and she had a very good experience, She was well taken cared of. All the staff members are friendly and caring. They go far and beyond with their service. The facility is very clean. They provided us with information about after-care. I give this facility 5 stars.....or more!!!! Kudos to all of them!!!!

Hi, My husband and I moved to PVE in October 2021. It is what’s called a life plan community. This means independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing plus rooms for assisted living with additional medical care. Most people sign a contract and move into independent living paying a move-in fee and then monthly fees. This guarantees us that we can move to a higher level of care later with predictable costs. Since the pandemic, when there were supply and staffing issues, the food has continually…

I visited this facility

Paradise Valley Estates is gorgeous. I like everything about it. It's wonderful, like the staff, the amenities, the building itself, and the rooms. It's just top of the line. They offer everything. They have a beauty salon and a big dining area where they get together and do activities. It's pretty new. Their food is delicious. It's great, but it costs too much. There is a hospital and a fruit stand nearby. Costco and Safeway are by there, too.

PVE Resident

I currently live in an independent living apartment. I am very pleased with the condition of my apartment, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. There is a lot to do here. I feel secure and when I had an emergency the staff was in my room immediately until the ambulance came. When I got home at 4:00am they were there to evaluated me again. This was the best decision I ever made, coming to PVE.

A major reason that my parents have moved out of PVE is that the main dining room has been closed down for daily dining. When they moved in to PVE 4 years ago, they told me they were happy to have the short walk (with covered walkways) to the main dining room. Going to the dining room daily gave them exercise, a good meal, and a place for social interaction. I visited the dining room back then, it a was a good experience. The Oak dining room was not an easy walk for my parents from building 1000, and driving was no…
