My mother spent five months there and it was awful. The staff pretend to care but they really don’t. They were very snobby and unwelcoming. Overly priced and not worth the money. Even some of the residents were unkind. Do not recommend.

PositiveThe staff was very thorough in detailing out the amenities in their community. There were a lot of physical, crafts, and cognitive activities for the residents. The meals looked very tasty and the variety of meals available at any time was more than we had seen at several other independent living facilities combined. Our parents really love this community, they say the meals are really good but when they were locked down for covid the meals had to be delivered in boxes and sometimes it was a hit or miss. They activities seem to be good and they seem to be getting involved, but they did say on the tour the pool is opened year round and that is not the case. The shuttle service is nice and I am glad the scheduling is now working out. They could just work in communication with the residents and their families. The salesperson was …
