5 on all! Couldn't be happier! My 90 year old mother moved in 12 days ago. Already making friends and relaxing without the worry of talking care of a house. The meals are fantastic, staff is all wonderful. She loves her spacious apartment and weekly maid service!

Parc at Duluth was a very nice place. It was extremely clean. It looked like an upscale hotel, very pretty, and very opulent. The staff was very nice, very accommodating, and showed me the entire facility. The care director answered all my questions.

My mother spent five months there and it was awful. The staff pretend to care but they really don’t. They were very snobby and unwelcoming. Overly priced and not worth the money. Even some of the residents were unkind. Do not recommend.

Parc at Duluth was very nice. We liked the rooms and the different services they offer. We liked the fact that my mother-in-law would get the proper care she needed for assisting her with everything that needed to be done. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very nice and answered all our questions. They had a beautiful dining room and nice menus. They had exercise programs, entertainment, games, and they had a beauty salon.
