CriticalThe rooms are very small, but that’s ok! The place itself is horrible, the worst place I’ve been in as far as rehabs go! They give them a button, but it takes minimum 30 mins but closer to hours! My mom who was the patient, kept getting worse, she came here she was well just needed to get her strength back! Well now she has pneumonia, she is not rt she is looney we have ask them to check her blood daily, because her sodium keeps getting low which makes her very looney. Well they gave it to her one day, she got bett…

CriticalThis center is dangerous , they don't check anyone who comes or goes and do not require to sign the guest book. They are a medicaid facility but will bully the families into as much physical money as they can get it they aren't being paid on their timeline. Well guess what, the world doesn't revolve around their timeline when your grandmother spent her entire life savings on scammers. Yet, They allow fraud to be committed and continued by their residents (her), after knowing the risks involved. They let her leave w…

CriticalA loved one was there for a week until have to be re admitted to a hospital. I can say that there only a handful of people that care. The majority need to evaluate why they have chosen this profession. I thought a skilled nursing facility would be more on top of the game. 100% opposite. There is no transfer of knowledge between shifts, no one knows anything. Unless family was there, my loved one received no care. My loved one arrived without any sores only to leave with multiple. The nutrition of this place is terr…

CriticalIf I could do negative stars, I would. I would never recommend this facility to anyone! Sure, it looks decent right when you walk in, but down every hallway it reeks of urine and is filthy. My father in law was there for almost a week, and not a single person gave us an update on his therapy or condition. I have no idea how his quality of care was. Trying to get his PT notes and paperwork over to his assisted living facility took 4 days because they wouldn't send the proper documentation, so of course, we are …

CriticalThe room was ok, but the drawers provided were first used by staff, not the patient. The patient usually had to use the bottom drawers. Theft was a big problem. Our room suffered theft, along with four other rooms that we heard of. The food was disgraceful. I lost 10 pounds in one week, which is not the healthy way to lose weight. The staff started at age 18, with young adults most likely using their position to save for college or something like a new car. They were not cordial and patients could feel their disdai…
★★★★★
CriticalThe semi private room was tiny. The beds are antiquated and hard to get comfortable in without two nursing assistants help. If they will. Some of the workers seemed to hate their jobs and were nasty. The food was horrible. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. I lost 23 pounds in two and a half weeks. Park Manor needs to have a major inspection in all areas. Showers were offered twice a week. They lined you up in your wheelchairs just like a commercial car wash. The water was freezing and the aide seem to hate her job. Ple…
