Park View at Severna Park

I'm on the waiting list at Park View at Severna Park because they didn't have any openings. I really like that location. I ran into some people who already lived there, and they seemed happy. They were mobile and doing things. When I got the information from the office staff, they were very nice and professional. I really enjoyed that one. I really like them. Not good pass on this place.

Not much storage space in the apartments. They raise the rent often here. New management company is horrible. Managers and some office staff can be rude at times. Pass on this one, spend your money elsewhere.

She is really liking it there a lot.

She is really liking it there a lot. She is joining in the activities and really enjoying herself. There isn't a meal plan, they may have pizza day or something like that once in a while. We are pretty happy with Park View.

No storage space - one regular sized closet in the unit in the bedroom and one 3' x 3' locker in general storage area outside apartment. Finishes in apartment are nice but no pantry - so kitchen storage is minimal. Living space is okay. Liked the library very much. Management seemed very accommodating. Would like to consider two bedroom option but rents are high in this building. Love the location because it is so close to my home.
