Overall experience cost me greatly. Moved my mother in [date removed] and moved out [date removed]. The care was totally unacceptable. My mother was there for 24 days before she was given a shower. I was paying for 3 showers a week. Likewise, her dentures were not being removed nightly as requested and paid for. This is just a sample of the poor treatment my mother received at Parkview. The facility is very nice. It is clean, decorated well and apartment offers a nice layout. Activities are plenty and staff are all professional and kind.

All the communities that your agency referred us to were very nice. We narrowed the choice down to two...Park View Place and the Regency Grand. Both are beautiful, clean, residents seemed genuinely happy, staff are nice, amenities such as classes, salon etc are in abundance. We have found Park View Place for my mom. It looked very nice and well-kept. It's a newer facility within like three years old. The moment you walk in, it's very welcoming, inviting, and a very friendly environment. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly. Some places when you go in, it's more business related or whatever, but not this one. The staff was very sweet, and my mom felt at home the moment she walked in due to the staff. Sweet home away from home

They gave to check on the meds being administered right and the menu doesn't vary much. Yes definitely would recommend! The place is beautiful! They have wonderful and numerous activities daily !
