★★★★★
PositiveThe food was good the care was better my mom didn't want to get out of her room, so one of the nurses was having a cups of coffee with her in the morning that was nice of her, it's a very nice place. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveI am not located in the area so I am not able to get involved in any of the events or activities. I have been very satisfied with care, cleanliness and staff. They have recently had a change of senior staff. I met with them after the change and found meeting useful. Room is very nice and furniture provided is very good.
★★★★★
Positive[Name removed] has been great from the very beginning. She has been very helpful. And everyone else there has also been so nice and inviting.
★★★★★
PositiveExperience has been very good. My brother has not been 'cooperative' though, (refuses to shave, shower, change his clothes, or interact with any other residents) but the staff has worked with me as best as they can. Staff has handled all this well. They understand that he could 'walk out' at any time and are doing their best to avoid this from happening Facility is fine. Location great. Pro activity is only area they could improve on. If you ask/remind... it gets done but I wish they weren't stretched as thin.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was very friendly, very informative on what's happening. They paid a lot of attention to my mom because she didn't want to leave the room. So a nurses would talked her into coming out having a cup of coffee with her. My mom did not complain about the food. It's a nice and clean place. They have a lot of activities happening month. Great location to right by the hospital
★★★★★
PositiveI suppose I would give it a five due to what the staff has to deal with daily. Being a caregiver is a very difficult job, especially if your loved one has dementia or Alzheimer's. I know this because I alone took care of my mother 24/7 for over five years through the VA caregiver. The experience chewed me up and left me physically and mentally broken.
