★★★★★
PositiveSeeing my aunt happy and healthy is so comforting. The staff are caring and friendly. They make my aunt feel loved. When I visit, my aunt is always clean and happy. If I have questions, staff answer them. The food is enjoyable, seasonal decorations are fun.
★★★★★
CriticalThe food is lacking according to my mother. The hairstylist is unreliable. The apartment is cute, good size. The staff, outside of [name removed], are great. I believe the activities are plentiful. It's a clean facility. Staff needs training on how to change out Dexcom device. Our family's experience has been a difficult one.
★★★★★
CriticalMy mom says the food is just ok. I still have to get food for her. Also, the quoted price is not what I am paying. I am paying about $[removed] a month more. Thus far, no one can explain why though I have asked. At this point, I feel another move would be too stressful for my mother, so I am trying to get these issues resolved. On a positive note, the staff who provide care are attentive, kind and patient.
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited the assisted living facility and I really liked it. It's a small one, so people get to know each other better. They had different-sized rooms, the place was clean, and the people were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying each other. It seemed like a very welcoming community. The place looked nice. It had a little courtyard with lots of good bushes. The landscaping was nice, and the room and everything were clean. The person who gave the tour was very helpful and very nice. She was great.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured. The person who gave the tour, Whitney, was very nice and helpful, and she gave an appropriate tour. The apartments were clean and very nice. They were appropriate for what we wanted. They had activities for the residents. We didn't see any because we weren't there when they were doing anything, but I saw the print. They had common areas like a library and an exercise room. I had no problem parking. They had a very nice courtyard. The staff did a great job.
★★★★★
CriticalThey do not give the care that you pay for. If the resident has disabilities , family MUST oversee!! My mother is legally blind and hard of hearing plus wheelchair bound I have to be there EVERYDAY. Today she had no water.
