PositiveThe facility is super nice but not suitable for my mom. Unfortunately as we are Indian and she eats predominantly Indian food, she will not be able to adjust. The courtyard is very nice and so it the balcony for her to sit outside and just watch nature which she loves. I would love to bring my mom to this location if food was not the biggest obstacle for us.

CriticalThe Oaks at SNELLVILLE was by far the worst place I've lived in. They are unstaffed and the night shift could care less about those people who need their help. I spoke with a night nurse about a lady who couldn't get in her room. And she just when back to looking at the internet. I wouldn't put a dog in that place. I was there 40 days 10 to figure out they where [removed] with a 30 days notice. Don't recommend them to anyone.
