Staff, especially [name removed], was very kind & helpful. A very nice place. Much larger than we would prefer with traffic congestion just outside of the gate & minimal parking for guests.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I have a two bedroom apartment which is about 1100 feet and on the third floor. The staff is great and we have numerous opportunities to join in activities as well as a trip to the Casino each month. It's similar to a notation on a cruise for the activities of the day for a noteis left on your door with a list of the different functions of the day and the first of each month we receive a large sheet listing each days functions and the time. We have a theater for movies as well The swimming pool is great as wel…

We went to Parkview in Frisco when my mom started this, "I want to move out," thing, but we were looking at independent living at that time. If I could rate on that, it would be wonderful, and that would be at the top of the list. However, the assisted living is a different story. The building is very small. It's nice, but it is small. The rooms were smaller. They did keep a close eye on them, which to a certain extent is fine, but you don't want them to feel like they're kept. It just wasn…

I went to Parkview in Frisco. All the staff were very nice, but it was an older building. The rooms were nice, but the room they have, I didn't like the view. I know they had a swimming pool.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents lived at Parkview in Frisco. It worked out OK. My dad was in the memory wing and he escaped one time and it took them a while to realize he was gone, but they did well other than that. The place was very clean, and most of the time the meals were pretty good. My parents were there for five months. They had stuff for them to do and they were trying to keep them both involved. They had outings for them too. Most of the staff was good.

I liked Parkview very much. There were people all over doing things. Their swimming pool was absolutely outstanding. They had a beauty salon and a lot of activities. Different people taught classes on odd things, which is terrific because that's interesting. They served all three meals but breakfast is always available, and then you choose either lunch or dinner. The place is lovely and I saw three different apartments, most of which had decks. The food was delicious.
