CriticalBoth the assisted living and memory care facilities are-immaculately clean. Floors in hallways and rooms are mopped daily throughout, bathrooms are pristine. It never smells bad, as you walk down the halls. The laundry is done well and on schedule. Meals are always on time, balanced and tasty, for the most part, with limited substitutions available. The staff is personable and respectful to the residents and family members. My husband's placement in Memory Care has been appropriate, but he is higher functioning tha…

PositiveI didn't love the sales team, they weren't clear in all the timelines of move in and payment. But the aids are amazing! So kind and helpful to my mom. PositiveThe building is well maintained, rooms are adequate, staff is friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

So this is my perspective. The cost jumped significantly. The staff has been great; they are attentive and want him to be content. The activities are varied, engaging and fun, with perhaps half of the residents able to participate. The entire Parmer Woods complex is immaculate, rarely smells of …
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are friendly, the food is good, and there are different types of activities for people with diverse interests.
