Really great memory care!

From top to bottom the staff is caring and knows their residents very well. Lodging is spacious and the facility is very clean. Staff is quick to communicate and respond to any issues or concerns. Cost is appropriate for the quality of care provided. Compared to other community settings this is an excellent facility. The intake process is comprehensive & very helpful for all.

It's a beautiful clean building, but that don't take care of your loved one. Needs more better staff.

Not worth it. Bad reputation for falls at Paulding Wellstar hospital. Wish I'd known that prior to. They have cleanliness down perfect! They have staff that are friendly and some r very rude and do not care. There r 4 staff that truly care and will do what it takes for the dementia person. 2 would leave them in the floor. Touring The Pearl at Dallas left a lasting impression on my heart. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard and understood, and every question I had was met with patience and care. I recently was able to tour The Pearl of Dallas, and was extremely impressed with the warm, and inviting environment they have been able to curate. [removed date] the Sales Director was attentive, and so knowledgeable for any accommodations, or other questions we had. Will definitely be recommending for any one in my life in need of memory care for their loved ones.

I had a wonderful experience touring this community and the manager [removed name]who toured us was amazingly helpful with providing explanations and information we needed. The community is beautiful and seems to be very well Managed and clean.

I can’t say enough positive things about [removed name] and the incredible work she does at the facility. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected, showing genuine compassion, patience, and respect to every resident that she comes in contact with.
