CriticalBasically is a rooming house
My loved one lived there for almost 4 years and the property turned from a care home to a rooming house. No care is offered. The only caretaker is the owner and he only provides 2 meals a day, laundry every 2 weeks. Bathroom and resident rooms filthy. No assistance whatsoever. If the resident needs emergency or other assistance, then it is up the the resident to get assistance. The owner/ caregiver will not cal 911, ambulance or anything else. Our loved one died 4 weeks after he, himself called for assistance.
