PositiveI toured the Philadelphia Protestant Home. They are very organized. They had a lot of amenities, and it was a very clean and efficient place. The people were excellent. They showed professionalism and were very detail-oriented. They gave me scenarios and pictures of different living instances that I could choose from. The facility was top-notch. They had a model apartment set up to show me. They had different layouts and showed me each one, and they were very detailed in design. The apartments were of different siz…

PositiveI have lived here for almost 2 years. I volunteered here for many years before my move. PPH is a work in progress to bring the standards up to their nearby competitors. ★★★★★
PositiveI am a resident of The Philadelphia Protestant Home. They have everything you need. The food is good. It's near where I live. The nurses are well-trained. It's just top-notch. It's very clean, and bright, well-lighted, and the elevators worked.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Philadelphia Protestant Home is clean. They have good dining facilities and a lot of activities. My experience with the staff has been pretty good. Everything went well. Mom likes the food. I haven't tried it myself, but it looks pretty good. They have a bowling alley, a pool, an ice cream shop, and a hairdresser shop. Value for money is average. It's up there with everybody else.
