PositiveMy precious mom has been here since 2017! I could not be happier with the staff/care my mom receives!! When she was moved to memory care I was alittle concerned she might not have as many activities to participate...I am amazed at the activity staff as they make sure memory care is always up and doing something!!! I’m so impressed with the love this staff blesses their residents with its above and beyond. There’s always eyes watching over them!! Thank you PPCC

CriticalThe nurses working for Pikes Peak Care Center are really not that good. They try to do the least they can for your love ones. When you need a nurse. You have to find one in person because they do not answer the call from patients in their room. If I was not in the room. The patient would not be cleaned, fed or taken care of. The bed sheets were never changed. I would not recommend this place to any person for nursing care and for hospice care. The best nursing facility I saw in Colorado Springs is [removed].

All they did was send an attendant back with some salve, and they refused to give him a shower because they had just given him a shower that morning. He developed terrible bed sores and finally we h…
