We toured Pinnacle Place Memory Care, and it was excellent. It was clean, everybody was nice, and they had nice rooms. I would live there myself, and I would be happy. The staff members were excellent. They answered any questions we had and knew who to ask if they didn't know the answer, so we're quite pleased. For the meals, the residents had a menu where they could choose what they wanted for the day. I think that was nice, too.

Don’t put your love one here. My mother has not had decent care. She is checked on very little. It is very under staffed. Employees do not stay for any length of time . No one seems to be trained to care for the ones with memory problems. The room itself has no pull cords or buttons of any kind to push incase a patient fell or had problems getting themselves up! The room is clean very seldom. You can ask the same thing for weeks and it still will not be taken care of. Obviously not much communication between staff.…

My mother is here. The only problem is that they do not take Medicaid. But it is an excellent facility. It's devoted solely to memory care. It has three levels of care. They can move between those levels if that's needed. Each room has an identical layout, for example a bathroom, a sink, and a bed. If it becomes necessary to move to the next level of care, the staff take photographs of the existing room so the furniture can be placed exactly the same way. They have a nurse on staff. It was real nice. I saw everything. I liked the apartments. I saw a one-bedroom, and it was very clean. The staff was real nice, answered all my questions, and were real good. I got a lot of information from them. After looking at the residents, I think my husband is in better shape than some of them. That was one of my impressions.
