There are no words to express how grateful we are to Yvonne and Mark, Kay and the entire staff. They provide exceptional care and are truly servants of Gods work here on Earth. We live out of state and they have cared for my mother “outlaw” for several years now and we have completed faith that she is loved and would have passed long before if it weren’t for their loving care. Clean, homelike environment, home cooked meals, communicative and they put their heart and soul into providing the best possible environment…

I toured Pleasant Valley Care Home. It was a very well-appointed, beautiful facility with big rooms and excellent care, but the problem for us was that they only offered complete apartments with kitchen facilities and everything. My wife was unable to use that sort of thing at the time. The staff was very good and very professional. The atmosphere was cheerful. I did not get to meet many of the patients, except for a couple of them, and they were happy. The layout was great and the size of the rooms was great, but …

Lovely assisted care home with very caring staff, I have always been a bit dubious about leaving my mother in the care of strangers but after speaking to the staff here and some of the other residents i am more than comfortable in the decision now
