I would give a 5 to all except 8. Theses senior facilities are just too expensive. The staff is amazing, so caring and always ready to help. The activities are varied and there is something for every one to participate. The facility always has a choice of several dishes to select from every day at each of the three meals. My husband's room is specious with a sliding door opening on to a private patio. He loves it. The two pictures show his patio and is picture was taken the day of a Luau. Yes I would highly recomm…

Sara tries to help with what ever may be an issue. The nursing staff could use some attitude adjustments and customer relations training. Not all of them but 90% of the ones I have had contact with. I have never seen an activities list posted like in other facilities and not even sure they have daily or weekly activities. My aunt's physical ability had deteriated since being converted to a resident. She must stay in her room and in bed all the time.

I have a relative at this facility since 2017 and they were a 5 start facility at that time. Since Covid there has been a change in all the key positions and quality has dropped greatly. They are not following doctor care instructions very closely, Administrator left and residents were not notified for months, billing is often in error, we have had a list of repairs that have not been made for over 6 months, rent and care increase have been going upwards of 5% per year even when CPI (inflation) rates have been half…

PositiveStaff makes all the difference
The staff is the main reason I chose this facility. I just really clicked with the nurses. I looked at a fancy facility that was about the same price, but there are a lot of amenities that my mom would never use. Plus I feel like the fancier facility was relying more on technology for some of the monitoring and I prefer someone actually checks on Mom.
