My mom moved to Prairie Ridge Assisted Living. The individual apartments are quite sizable. The staff has been very friendly and open throughout the process and accommodating. Everything's very easy to get to. The halls are nice and wide. I wish they had central air, other than that everything is very clean and easily accessible. I've only had one meal there. The dining area is pretty basic. They have tables and staff who bring the meal to you, but it's just your basic open space. They had a fair amo…

My father has moved into Prairie Ridge Assisted Living - Waupun. The rooms are a very nice size. They have a lot of open spaces where you can go do activities. It's just a nice and friendly atmosphere when you walk in. I think they are very on top of things. I had to take my dad to the doctor for something. When I came back, I said, "I'm not sure he's going to do this. Would you please make sure you keep an eye on him?" They wrote it down on the chart, and they've been very good about …
