Ask a lot of questions. Don't assume. . . We find out new things all the time. So even if you think you know, ask. And make sure you ask if there is a charge/fee, as that information has been an afterthought on their part. Generally they provide good care to my loved one.

It smells like a monkey cage at the zoo and the nurses are miserable. They act like family members are an inconvenience.

CriticalTheir first priority is to the other levels of care on the campus. The rooms are very small and the Parkinson's wing had only 40 beds which were all full. The residents in this unit were too far along for Mom.
