Staff are very caring and try to involve residents in activities. They often give personalized attention to someone sitting alone or enlist a small group into a shared experience such as reading from a magazine to encourage conversation.

Mom only there since May 2019. First week medications not given. On top of the stress and no getting appropriate meds my observations indicated quicker decline. Staff is very lovely. Just had difficulties with Wellness Director due to first week of medication error. Things improved but took time and bringing in advocacy helped.

Visited Once. Staff seems friendlly and relaxed as do residents. Seems homey, maybe a bit dated but that isn’t important. They do not take MediCal. If a patient runs out of unds they have to leave. Price is out of reach. May consider day care facilities, requires assessment, TB test and paperwork for doctor to complete.

The lady who showed us around the community was told about how my mom is like and what habits she has. The women told us it was nothing they could not handle. After an assessment the man who gave it did not want her in the community and said that they get to pick who they want. They did have a clean environment but she was not ideal for the community's care.

Excellent

Head and shoulders above the others. The staff is attentive well trained and cares a great deal, always available to assist when needed. Beautiful well maintained grounds for the enjoyment of all, with lots of space. Make Primrose a must visit on your list
