Total experience would be 5 stars. [name removed] loves it there. He gets good care, likes the food. He's able to go out for short trips. He likes the staff and they're friendly to me. I would recommend the community to others.

They told me that my mom would be taken to meals & activities everyday I caught them not feeding her 3 times! I had to go everyday to make sure she was fed so what's the point of her living there? There's no shower schedule either but when I met with them before she moved in they said there was! I had to move her out after I found her in bed in the middle of the day soaked in urine!

[name removed] was awesome /extremely helpful!! [name removed] went above and beyond visiting my family member at rehab getting information that was needed when I was unable to. She also helped with medication mix up on the rehabs inefficient process of transferring the proper medication.

I would give the Promenade a rating of 4/5 because no facility is running at a 5/5. I give the compassion of the staff a 5/5, they really care for the residents! They take the time to ask the residents what their preferences are like do you wake up early or do you prefer a morning or night shower. The staff is so busy and yet they try to accommodate every resident.
