I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

This is the worst facility my aunt was ever in and worse than any facility I have been in. The nurses that perfomed care did a good job once it was pointed out to them what was wrong (legs and arms so dry the skin was peeling). The facility does not supply lotions. OT asked to provide activities and supplies and upon discharge would not allow us to take them home with us. We paid about $100.00 for those things. Still fighting to get them back because the facility claims they belong to the facility. It took days and…

I am/was a resident of this facility

I had never been in a nursing home so I was afraid. I was paralyzed and now I am walking. This facility was clean, and the staff mostly would help when you need help.

My parents went to Providence Place nursing home before my father died. It's very clean, the staff are very caring. My dad was 90 and living independently up until he broke his hip, so nothing is as good as home. But I would recommend this facility.
