The Best Decision for My Mom

I'm very pleased with the experience overall. The staff are caring, attentive, and welcoming, and the community is kept clean. The food is good, although it took my mom some time to adjust since it is less formal and extensive than what she was accustomed to previously. Her room is a perfect fit for her. She doesn't participate in many activities at this time, but she really enjoys the theme parties and music. A great place!

The facility is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the feedback I heard on the food was always positive. They have a great variety of activities and encourage residents to participate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. There are places out front, in the beautiful backyard, and on a balcony, where residents can sit outside. Mediocre memory care

Pruitt was very nice and got us moved in quickly. My mom was on memory care and decline quickly while there. I felt they were short staffed and did not offer any enrichment activities, which I felt lead to her decline . Communication was less than expected. But maybe my expectations were too high

they need more hydration....

I like that most of the people care about the residents and try to do their best for them... The 2 weaknesses they have is they don't have many activities for the people memory care.. And the second thing is they don't make sure that the people are hydrated in memory care...I know it's harder for the people taking care of the Memory care residents but they could spruce it up a little... Assisted living area Is a more pleasant area... With more activities.
