Overall, the experience has been good. Management is super attentive, but the community is understaffed. The food can be hit or miss. Cleanliness is superior, although there has been a cockroach problem that seems to be isolated to one area. Billing - they don't overbill, but it's not done there and it's awful. Overall it has been a good experience, they just seem so overworked!

I'm happy with the facilities, the staff, and the friendliness of everyone around me. I notice that there are no people of color living here. Is that intentional? The chef here is extremely likable and friendly. His meals are varied and well prepared. On his days off, however.. not so much. I have suggested switching to an oil that would be healthier for all concerned, and both director and chef agree, with no results as yet. The price is an issue for me, and as they raise rents automatically at each lease signing…

PositiveThere were a lot of people in the lobby with music and happy hour. It had a great vibe. Building is very clean and airy. Interactions with staff and residents seemed genuinely happy and caring. Would definitely recommend.
