Beautiful residence for quiet living with a family atmosphere and caring staff

Caregivers are very friendly and seem to be very engaged in the welfare of the residents. House is kept very clean and neat. Communication is very good, whenever there is an issue or concern about the resident. Move-in process was very easy, rooms for the most part are furnished with the basics that can be supplemented by the family of the resident. Food looks to be a good quality and variety. My mom has lived here for several years, and moved here during COVID. The quality of care has been phenomenal. The owners are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The caregivers have displayed a level of concern and diligence that is so rare in this industry. My mom has become attached to every single caregiver. While moving a loved one to assisted living can be a difficult decision, I would highly recommend Quail Manor.

A great place except for boredom

Quail Manor has met all of my expectations in every way except for activities. My mother is so bored! All she wants to do is watch TV, and she keeps calling me to find out if there is anything good to watch. They had one day with a singer that came in to perform and they played cards one night. My sister and I have brought over puzzles and coloring books, but she has not been invited to the puzzle room to start one of her puzzles.
