Came on Saturday low staff. Only in friends room small size but clean. My son husband and I crowded while my son was setting up TV for him and phone. Month later contacted by another friend couldn't find phone we brought to him. Then it reappeared. We don't know how his bill is being payed. We are His power of attorney but no one is contacting us about his care and progress. Like to see that change. He likes food. Martina, the administrator, was wonderful. It's like her calling in life is caring for the elderly and she always made time for us. Most of the staff were very caring and developed special relationships with my wife's mother. One young lady treated her nearly like she was her own grandmother. I wasn't there at mealtimes much, but my impression of the food was that it was adequate. The facility was clean whenever we visited. My mother in-law's room was fine for a private room. The facility is good. The caregivers we've interacted with care about the residents. The administrator is great, caring for the elderly seems to be her calling in life. The facility is clean and well maintained. Activities seem limited, but my Mother in-Law wasn't very active beforehand. Food seems good and adequate. Her bedroom is an acceptable size for one person in her condition.

The way they tried to really accommodate my parents was awesome. They were very caring. However, the staff told us one thing, and then we found out it wasn't happening. There were some of the staff that weren't doing their job, such as giving my mother a bath, or we were told they could do this, and then they weren't so more consistency with what they're telling people they're going to do or able to do.
