PositiveRanch lake is amazing, wonderful caring place. The owners are very experienced Nurse and Respiratory Therapist and very caring. The home is gorgeous and so much love in the home from the aids and care givers. Very clean home with back patio's where residents can sit outside and watch the deer pass through the wooded lot. If you're looking for a place for mom or dad to be well taken care of, I highly recommend this home.

PositiveThe staff was amazing, open to listen to concerns and to workout a plan. Easy to get a hold of. The meals are balanced and nutritious, often grilling outside. They offer to help residents make their favorite meal. The house keeping was impeccable and felt like a real home not like an institution. PositiveI cannot think of one negative situation during my stay mom's stay here. The staff is exceptional, so loving and caring. My mom loved them and felt like she was treated like royally. The entire facility is first class, homey, and always professional. Their sincere love and compassion in my mom's care during her final days could not have been any better. My family was so blessed by their care and friendliness. We would recommend Ranch Lake to anyone looking for sterling care. They will not be disappointed!

PositiveI have been very impressed with the young man that owns the house. They were the ones that caught the medical condition of my loved one and started medication. The owner is very good about keeping me updated on any changes of my loved one. There was a time when my loved one was unresponsive, they took my loved one to the hospital. PositiveRanch Lake Assisted Living was a very nice community. They did a great job of taking care of my father, but they struggled with hospice care. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The food was very nice. They had group activities, some physical exercise type activities, and music. It's a very small community. They didn't do crafts or anything like that.
