The staff are very low key, soft spoken individuals. (Don't expect them to be otherwise.) They are also very patient with my dad. It isn't easy, due to his increasing dementia. They take it all in stride. Overall - the vibe was safe, healthy, organized, clean. Some other places I visited had a vibe that worried me. I was extremely impressed by the condition of the home - very clean, neat, with a large TV in the main lounge room, plus a sunroom, etc. Big, modern kitchen, too.
