Smells & they lack care

Too many patients & Not enough staff. They're main concern is getting the money & Not too much care. Found my loved one pee a couple time. Food is Not the greatest & No house keeping daily only once a week! Definitely will never recommend to anyone I care for!

A pleasant & effective place to receive Memory Care

The program they run was very nice & worked well with my dad. Daily food service was pleasant. Healthy repoirt was maintained between staff & my dad which provided a peaceful environment. The main areas were clean & fresh regularly.

Our family's experience

The med tech staff did not follow through with medical procedures when my mother fell and needed medical attention for a hip fracture. The response of the nurses were great and made sure my mother was transported to hospital. The med techs were not able to care for my mother upon discharge from hospital and her condition worsened. I have transferred my mother to a different facility due to the level of care she needs. My mother declined significantly.

[name removed], the person that assisted us in getting into Valley Crest from the beginning is an absolute angel. She assisted us every step of the way. Unfortunately the delay due to Mom's fall caused us to lose the room at Valley Crest but we were able to get one at [community removed].

Please do not put your love one in this place. It is trouble. I had to move my love one out.

All the staff are super,they care for all the patients. They are hard workers and long hours. My mom is in their care and she has bad and good days and they see that she gets the care she needs when needed. The staff are friendly. Let you know when there's a problem. They are all good people.
