The staff are very friendly and have been helpful when I have had questions. My 93 year old dad has said he likes it there. He doesn't partake in many activities but they do have a lot if he chose to. His apartment has always been clean so they do a great job with housekeeping. Very happy with my choice for my Dad.

Grateful for Randall Residence

My mom has been a resident at Randall Residence since March, 2023. Overall, our family would agree that this has been a blessing for our mom. She has had good care with a lot of the same staff caring for her in past 3+ years. My mom has enjoyed the food, activities and friendships at Randall. I would highly recommend Randall Residence for anyone considering independent, assisted living or memory care for their loved one.

Wonderful facility

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assistant living community. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with kindness and genuine compassion. Beth and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe and truly cared for. The facility is always clean, comfortable and inviting. The activities, meals and social opportunities help residents stay engaged and connected. Communications with families is excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Randall for their excellent care.

I liked the apartment sizes of the one-bedroom at Randall Residence of Decatur. I liked the cleanliness. It was a lovely place, and if I were ready to make any choices, that would probably be one of my first. They have a hair salon, a gym, a nice eating area, and a dining room for the family if they want to have a family dinner. I don't think there was anything they didn't have. I visited this facility

I toured the Randall Residence of Decatur. It was light and bright. The rooms were clean, and probably bigger than most places. They have an exercise room and a dining room. The food was good, and the dining area was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. The residents were very pleasant and friendly. They said they liked being there. The upkeep was nice except for the general area where you walk in. It needs to be updated.
