My families experience at randoms care home was despicable. The rooms were dirty and dusty. The food was subpar and we were not allowed to see our loved one whenever we wanted. [name removed] the owner made us call 24 hours in advance and gave us a one hour window to see my dying Mother. I had suspicions that she would just lock her patients in their rooms and prepare them for your visit.
